Carbon Fiber Profile

Carbon Fiber profile is made of carbon fiber composite pre-immersed in styrene-based polyester resin,  by heating curing and stretching (twisting and flexing) . In the manufacturing process, various profiles can be produced through different molds, such as: different specifications of carbon fiber round tubes, different specifications of square tubes, different specifications of sheet materials, and other profiles.

Mainly used in: model aircraft, agriculture, machinery, toys, sports equipment, etc.

Features:

1.High strength : the strength of carbon fiber rod is 6- 12 times than steel, and it can reach more than 3000mpa.

2.Low density, light weight, the density is less than a quarter of the steel.

3.High Elasticity, repeated use in mechanical equipment, no memory, no deformation, and anti-static.

4. Corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, good impact and fatigue resistance, do not need regular maintenance, effective service life up to 15 years.

5. Excellent mechanical properties, easy machining
